Subscription & Payment Questions
How do I cancel my trial subscription before I'm charged?
Open the Settings app on your device, tap your name at the top, and choose "Subscriptions". You can cancel your PicFrame subscription from there.
I accidentally restored my purchase. Can that be undone?
The "Restore Purchases" button only checks with the App Store to see what purchases you had previously made - it does not make new purchases. No action is needed.
How do I request a refund?
You will need to contact Apple directly as they handle all payments and refunds. Visit Apple Support or use this direct link on your device: Manage Subscriptions
I purchased PicFrame years ago but now it's asking me to pay again?
If you previously purchased the app, all features you had when you paid are still available. Make sure you're logged into the App Store with the same account you used to purchase PicFrame. Then open PicFrame, tap the settings icon, and choose "Restore Purchases".
What is PicFrame Create?
PicFrame Create is an optional subscription or one-time payment that unlocks extra features such as additional frames, stickers, and templates. The core features of the app remain available if you previously purchased it.
Using PicFrame - Basic Features
How do I save my collages to my Photos app?
Tap the icon in the bottom right when editing your frame and then choose "Save". Your collage will be saved to your Photos app.
My photos don't show in PicFrame. What should I do?
PicFrame may not have permission to access your photos. Open Settings app > scroll down to find PicFrame > tap Photos > select "Full Access".
How do I remove the PicFrame watermark?
In PicFrame, tap the settings icon and select "Manage Subscription". You can then choose between a subscription or a one-time payment to unlock all features and remove the watermark. If you've already purchased, try tapping "Restore Purchases".
Can I save projects to work on them later?
Yes! PicFrame now features full project saving. Projects save everything - your photos, videos, layout, and all your settings. You can come back to a project later and everything will be exactly as you left it.
Advanced Features & Editing
How do I move the borders inside a frame/collage?
Not all frames support moving inner borders. Touch a border and try to move your finger - if it moves, the frame supports it. If it doesn't move, that frame doesn't support border adjustment.
What are all the ratio sizes available?
You can tap the ratio button in the top right and choose "Custom" to select specific dimensions. For more information about ratios, visit our understanding ratios tutorial.
How do I create a collage that perfectly fits my paper size without wasting any space?
Tap the ratio button in the top right corner and choose "Custom" to match your paper dimensions. Here are some common paper sizes:
- Letter (8.5" x 11"): Choose 17 and 22
- A4 (210mm x 297mm): Choose 21 and 29.7
- Legal (8.5" x 14"): Choose 17 and 28
