POKO Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions

By downloading or using the POKO app, these terms automatically apply to you, so please read them carefully before using the app.

Licence and Intellectual Property

Active Development Limited grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use POKO on Apple devices you own or control. You may not copy or modify the app or any part of it, and you may not attempt to extract the source code, reverse-engineer, translate, or create derivative versions of the app. The app, and all trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, remain the property of Active Development Limited.

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

POKO is free to download and includes an optional upgrade, POKO Pro, which unlocks additional engines and features. POKO Pro is available as auto-renewing subscriptions (for example monthly and annual) and as a one-time lifetime purchase.

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions, and turn off auto-renewal, in your App Store account settings at any time.
  • Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
  • Current prices are shown in the app before you purchase. All purchases are handled by Apple and are also subject to Apple's Media Services terms and standard licence agreement.

Changes and Availability

We are committed to making POKO as useful as possible and reserve the right to make changes to the app, or to its pricing and the features included with POKO Pro, at any time. From time to time we may update the app, and you may need to install updates to keep using it. We may also stop providing the app, or discontinue features, at any time. Upon termination, the rights and licences granted to you under these terms end and you must stop using the app.

Disclaimer and Liability

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. It is your responsibility to keep your device secure; we recommend you do not jailbreak or root your device, as this may stop the app working properly. Active Development Limited accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, arising from your use of the app, including loss of projects or recordings — please keep your own backups of work that matters to you.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on this page. These terms are effective as of 2026-06-17.
